Elevate Your Curb Appeal

Borderwerx measures every batch of concrete we make to ensure the proper ratios of Portland, sand, color and additives are the same each and every time. We have our sand custom blended to ensure the strongest curbing while also providing smooth textures on the finished product. 

Borderwerx goes a step further and uses 316 Stainless Steel cable (2100 psi) in our curbing VS hot dipped galvanized (1700 psi) which is more susceptible to corrosion.

Your concrete curbing is only as good as the preparation. Curbing needs to be placed on a flat surface as any inconsistencies will transfer through to the final product. We take great care to make sure all high spots are shaved down and all low spots are raised.  

The most important step in the curbing process is to design a flowing border to enhance existing and potentially new landscape beds/areas. Curves should be soft without harsh curves and straight lines should be straight. 

At the  completion of the installation, excess concrete should be neatly cleaned up so grass can grow along the front edge. All drives and sidewalks, road and any other areas should be cleaned of any debris. Tarps should be laid at the mixer as to not stain the road or driveway.
